WTO & EU: law, politics and global governance.

I am doing research on WTO & EU relations toward a Global
governance building (on trade rules). I've read a lot on this issue, but I am
very confuse.
Are we going to a Global Government in Trade?
What will
happend to EU authority?
Who rules the rule? (Appellate Body???)
I will be glad of heard (read) any comments.
