The Islam terrorist groups have united to resist American military pressure over Arabian countries. According to pro-Chechen media a secret decree was issued on the last meeting of Majlisul Shura of ChRI. The Chechen warlords took the decision to help the taliban Al-Kaida units in Afghanistan. After the number of successful operations of Taliban guerrillas and a row of American failures the Chechen rebel command decided to send about 120 of rebels from Pankissi and Chechnya to Afghanistan. Some of the Arabian and European terrorist organizations have already got the experience of using the Chechens as mercenaries in carry outs of different operations. The Chechens themselves have close connections with the leadership of a number of Arabian countries. It explains why this reaction of Chechen warlords on appeals of various Saudi sheikhs to admit possible help for huge payouts in cash was immediate. There is a suspicion that the Chechen terrorists are already operating in Afghanistan. The national security force of Afghanistan purpose that Chechen diversion teams performed the last explosions in Kabul, which were aimed to kill Karzay. The suggestions came to light because the terrorist practice was very alike to that used in Chechnya.
