Dear I belive that you are all in wet. Forceful intervention in a
State, is contradictiort to internationsl law. never any state could be
attacked ad or intervened in the light of humanitarian reasons and other
ambigiuos and politically bases. Maintenance of the international peace and
security in the international community in its present situation required all
states to obey the law. Therefor, I belive that, as many scholars have said,
any intervention not permitted by the Clear resolution of Security Council in
accordance with the VII Cahpter of the Charter, will be a serious violation of
the international law. In any case, intervention of the NATO and other
states in the Cosovo Crisis had been violated the art.(4)2 of the
Carter. Second, analysis of any international problem in the light of a
ideological thoughts without considering the international law, is not true and
fairely work. Salouthering of any civilians (muslims or others), Will not be
protectable. I will be waited to your legal viewpoints on this
case. Thanks a lot. N. Saed
