Investment by Accident

[ European Journal of International Law - Discussion Forum on the Attack on the World Trade Center ] [ Forum Help ]

Terorism is a son of an injustice. Nothing to do about that. So let's think what we have done.
WTC tragedy is just the middle target from terrorists.
So we must clarify what has to do.
War is not necessary and morally bad. Except you think it is just for fun or business. But as Kelsen has pointed out in his swan song, Algemeine Theorie der Normen (General Theory of Norm) the end cannot justify the means even if the end can be justified. You sell the weapons to get money to rebuilt your lost. But how can you get human resources that killed in that tragedy.
We must invest by accident, our future with full of justice, whatever you define justice.
