dear Colleague
I belive that the human rights law is one the most branches of international law which will influence all other law branches, even internal law at future. thefore, establishing the linkage between the human rights and other subject-matters is logical. But my opinion is that this linkage between the human rights and trade is very indirect and also very weak.
then, we can not understand a established interrelationship between the works and powers of the WTO and the improvement of this rights, spesially economic rights.
Even if we will be deeper in the work of the WTO and its implicayin, the harmful impact of its activities and programmes will be flagtant.
best whishes.
