against humanity. the people who have comitted the crime have also dies along
with the innocent during 9.11 but that is not enough for the general public who
grew up with WW2 veteran parents. not that i don't think that fighting a war is
galliant, but trying John Walker? hasn't he been humiliated enough? military
tribunal is just a fancy way of saying "let's get around the constitution so
the U.S can get away with breaking liberty and justice for all and keep face".
