Mike-

i certainly have my opinions about military tribunal, but do you think you could email me websites or give me article names that would help boost debate research for the cons of military tribunal. that's okay if you can't, but it would be much appreciated.

my opinions? current tribunals have been on the grounds of crimes against humanity. the people who have comitted the crime have also dies along with the innocent during 9.11 but that is not enough for the general public who grew up with WW2 veteran parents. not that i don't think that fighting a war is galliant, but trying John Walker? hasn't he been humiliated enough? military tribunal is just a fancy way of saying "let's get around the constitution so the U.S can get away with breaking liberty and justice for all and keep face". that's my opinion.

: I was curious as to what everyone thought about the legality of the the military tribunal that President Bush has established. See, http://fr.cos.com/TOC/20011116.html . Isn't this a violation of UN and Hague convention articles?
