Instructions for Submitting Manuscripts

Manuscripts should be submitted to the Editor, accompanied by an assurance that the article has not been published, submitted, or accepted elsewhere. Articles to be published in a different forum within one year of submission will not be considered. Authors may send manuscripts directly by electronic mail (Word attachment). Notification of acceptance, rejection or need for revision will generally be given within eight weeks of receipt of the manuscript, although exceptions to this time frame may occur. Manuscripts should normally range from 3,000 to 10,000 words, approximately 10-30 double-spaced pages, in length. Authors are invited to follow the journal's style-sheet. The Journal encourages authors to refer to research material published not only in English but also in other languages. In order to avoid any conflict with his other editorial responsibilities, Antonio Cassese does not act as a referee on manuscripts dealing with international criminal law.

Please send manuscripts by email to anny.bremner@iue.it
