Issue 98/3 of the Web edition of the European Journal of International Law has recently gone on-line.

Apart from the full table of contents and abstracts of the corresponding printed issue, the Web version contains the following points of interest:

  • A full text version of the Article by Barbara Brandtner and Allan Rosas, Human Rights and the External Relations of the European Community: An Analysis of Doctrine and Practice.
  • A full text version of the report of the ICJ Lockerbie Decisions by Andreas Paulus (a new service of the EJIL covering all decisions of the ICJ) and a full text version of recent decisions of the WTO Appellate Body by Professor Joel Trachtman -- (continuing the EJIL service covering all decision of the WTO Appellate Body since its inception).
  • The review of the ICJ and the WTO is available only on the Web version of the EJIL and not in its printed version.
  • A full text version of all recent book reviews, notable a review essay by Outi Korhonen reviewing a number of leading international law journals in Europe and trying to build an Identikit for each.
  • The Web EJIL has a search engine which enables full search of 9 years of current surveys as well as 9 years of book reviews.

The Web EJIL is offered as a free service.
